It can not be understated that Carl Weathers should have been a bigger star. Hi talent, physic and charm are all dictates of a movie star, however Hollywood in the 80s had few positive roles for African Americans, and thus another talent that never reached its full potential joined the pantheon of unrealized Hollywood talent.
Weathers is an American actor and former professional football player. He is best known for his role as Apollo Creed in the “Rocky” film series. Weathers has also appeared in several other films and television shows, including “Predator,” “Action Jackson,” and “Arrested Development.”
