All hail the King. Daniel Day-Lewis is an English actor, widely regarded as one of the greatest actors of his generation. He has won three Academy Awards for Best Actor, for his performances in “My Left Foot”, “There Will Be Blood”, and “Lincoln”. Some of his other notable films include “The Last of the Mohicans”, “Gangs of New York”, and “Nine”. Day-Lewis is known for his intense preparation for roles, often staying in character on and off set. He retired from acting in 2017. (However, there is suspicion with the right project he may be back)
