Jack Gilpin is an American actor. He was born on May 31, 1951, in Boyce, Virginia, USA. Gilpin has had a long and distinguished career on stage, film, and television. He has appeared in numerous Broadway productions, including “Casa Valentina”, “The Elephant Man”, and “The Great White Hope”. His film credits include “Quiz Show”, “Reversal of Fortune”, and “Adventureland”. On television, Gilpin is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Reverend Smith in the HBO series “Oz”. He has also appeared in several other TV series, including “Law & Order”, “The Good Wife”, and “Billions”.
