Udo Kier is a German actor. He has appeared in over 200 films and television programs, primarily in supporting and character roles. Kier is best known for his work in European and American art-house and underground films, including “Andy Warhol’s Dracula” (1974), “Flesh for Frankenstein” (1973), and “Suspiria” (1977). He has also appeared in several Hollywood films, including “Blade” (1998), “Armageddon” (1998), and “My Own Private Idaho” (1991). Throughout his long and prolific career, Kier has worked with many of the most influential and innovative filmmakers of his generation and is widely regarded as one of the most distinctive and talented character actors of our time.
