Wendell Pierce is an American actor and producer. He is best known for his role as Detective Bunk Moreland in the television series “The Wire”, for which he received critical acclaim. Pierce has also appeared in numerous other television shows and films, including “Treme”, “Jack Ryan”, and “Suits”. In addition to acting, Pierce is also a real estate developer and founder of the Sterling Farms supermarket chain.
